Client business in US was growing rapidly and there was a need to deploy a scalable solution for Sales reporting. This meant integration of data points across 3 key systems SAP & Legacy CRM and legacy contracts management systems. In the legacy process it took almost a full week to gather data from different sources, clean, analyze and finally present an integrated view for management consumption. We deployed a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) powered interface to build interface to pull data from different systems into data warehouse with xero human intervention. This data feed further connected to our analytics solution over Power BI platform to present real time sales information to management, hereby elimination both the lead time to information and eliminating errors in preparation of reports. The RPA solution potentially help save enormous costs to build a native API on legacy contracts management system and also annually saving vast expenses by eliminating the effort spent on producing the analytics report.

The Droid Automation tool which was built for us by Sarjen has proven to be a significant support for my team. In the past, we had to collect account information from a secure portal manually, it would take people hour and hours to collect the data they needed. Sarjen offered up a solution which has enabled us to seamlessly upload a list of account number, and then in very quick time, the droid system returns all the account details via automated method. I think this is a strong case for where Sarjen has done over and above to support the Accord teams. We use the tool often and it has been really useful.

I would like to express my sincere congratulations for this initiative as well as for its results. I’m very happy with the amount of time saved just because I receive the alerts instead of manually searching for tender announcements. Please note that the Droid Automation tool which was built for us by Sarjen team and has proven to automate data entry intensive tasks which was taking weeks but now we could complete the requirement within an hour with zero errors. This is a significant productivity increase for my team. Earlier we had to enter Antigen test and RTPCR details manually in ICMR portal based on hard copy of Forms, but with direct integration using automation tool which has removed this manual process. We have to do manual data entry for Price of each product at regular interval on a website. Website did not provide any upload facility, to avoid this manual and time consuming task. Sarjen Systems have successfully developed a Robot. In that case the user have to store the information in excel at one place and then execute the Robot. The Robot will then read the data from excel file and fill one by one items on the Website. There are different forms and formats which requires price update at monthly and quarterly basis. This will save the time of data entry on the website & it will eliminate the chances of human error while entering data on website.

Our experience with SSPL has been good. We worked with them over a period of nearly 6 months and we found them to have a competent team that is able to deliver. Most of our requirements (some were not possible) have been met in a timely manner. They have also been quite flexible to accommodate last minute changes as per the users requirement.

FFReporting has made the life of our sales team easy and increase the business insights which empowers us to formulate effective strategies to excel. We have centralised control over customer list. Time to time service, upgradation and training are appreciable. FFReporting helped us to automate our sales cycle which include tour planning, expense submission, offline/online order booking, transformed our traditional detailing approach with eDetailing and now able to control field expenses. We have been using your product and service since 2013 and you have been a great help for our ANDA submissions. KnowledgeNET system is the first and only software we are using to upload, compile and validate our ANDA modules. KnowledgeNET system has a great organization in terms of placing each document to its appropriate position following FDA’s module structure. It is very easy to use. We are a WHO GMP API manufacturing unit . We have 2 USDMFS which we need to file using XML format. Due to lesser requirements we need not feel to invest in buying the software for XML . Sarjen helped us with their software. They come to our office and help us fulfill the USFDA requirements for US DMFS. We are working with them since last five years and are happy with their services.

When we moved over to our new ERP system, we soon found we had no automated report tools. The ERP Company provided decent tools for importation and exportation of data. Although they did support Crystal report for small report delivery; they almost didn’t provide of any tool for detailed reporting and analysis. This left our ERP manager the struggle to provide detailed report with tools like Excel and Stonefield Query. After a long discussion with our ITS department, we decided to go out and look for software development, hence we found “Sarjen Systems Pvt. Ltd”. They were quite interested in creating our web based reporting tool. This tool is fully customizable and designed to work with existing systems. More than 5 years later, using the same system, we add more customization each year. Since this platform allowed us to integrate many parts of our workflow, we have designed several reports for both in-house and remote access personnels such as our traveling sales team. Like many companies we ran into many issues developing a platform, both Sarjen and Orbit Industries always found a middle ground and kept moving forward. We, at Demo S.A. started using Sarjen’s Pharmacovigilance software since March 2014. A team from India visited prior to the software going live and we, at Demo S.A., had a wonderful time. My seven-year experience with Sarjen proves these worries are not a given.
