This is a reference to the new e-BMR release system provided by Sarjen Systems. I can confirm that we are releasing all our batches electronically through the e-BMR system. We have no issues with the system except in exceptional condition when we have any computer issues and the batches are released smoothly without any interference also the service support is good, and the queries are resolved quickly. We provided a demonstration of this system to our Inspectorate during our recent MHRA Inspection, and the Inspectors were happy with the system and data handling.
