Chirag Prajapati is associated with Sarjen since 2017 and presently serves as Sr. Consultant – Talent Sourcing, with an experience of over 10 years, He is responsible for filling positions in the company by sourcing viable candidates and assessing their suitability to the company. Prior to Sarjen, he has worked with one of UAE/Singapore based renowned ITES firm as an HR Professional.
In his professional journey, he has run numerous campus drives, lateral hiring, training & development interventions, CSR drives, Recreational activities and various other pro-business HR practices.
He is a Management Post Graduate specializing in human resource development, from Saurastra University, Rajkot.
