Quality methodologies

Sarjen advocates both these quality methodologies:

Waterfall, whereby, in a project, the project scope is defined, team is assigned with clearly set goals and timelines. Each team handles different aspects or modules of the project. Once a module is deemed usable, it is passed to the next team phase.
Thus, there are distinct stages of software development, and each stage generally finishes before the next one can begin.
Agile, where it is an iterative, team-based approach to development. This approach emphasises the rapid delivery of an application in complete functional components rather than creating tasks and schedules.

Quality policy

Quality process
