Jenit Sanghvi, Business Development Manager; encompassing sales, legal, tech & accounting to support Sarjen, manages international client expectations fostering client satisfaction and loyalty & in turn maximizing company's credibility and profitability.

Currently, responsible to develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives & stake holders, identify new business opportunities amongst existing accounts, travel onsite, provide value to the clients, retain & engage them & work towards new customer acquisition.

He joined Sarjen in 2008, initiating his career with technical programming. With hard work, dedication & accountability he has contributed towards the organization, donning different roles & responsibilities predominantly working with international customers. He, along with his team are responsible for matching technologies to business problems and requirements. It is more than a business analysis function, but it entails advancement in work flows, database architecture/design, software development and integration of experience & knowledge resulting in a far more qualitative, productive, combative solution/product and service offering along with training & support to clients as per their time zones.

Before switching over to a managerial role, he has got 10+ years of proven field experience spanning pre-sales, consulting, project management, execution; delivery & onsite implementation, working as a SPOC on global integration and enterprise project implementations (agile + waterfall approach) with attention to detail across different project knowledge areas: Integration, Scope, Schedule, Budget, Quality, Resource, Communication, Risk, Procurement and Stake Holder management.

Prior to Sarjen, he worked as an intern with Samyak Infotech Pvt. Ltd. as a Developer, to design custom controls for a framework of the company.

He has Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Technology), 2008 and Diploma in Financial Management from Ahmedabad Management Association (2010), India.
