A web based solution which connects company's actual customers – Distributors/Stockists/Institutions directly to the company through web to place an order and exchange various information. Valid user can log on to the system and place order/s online, which gets transferred to the respective CFA. A customer can see various reports like order status, pending invoices, etc. Can register complaints online which would be forwarded to respective CFA and Field Staff through HO. The module helps to reduce customer response time.
