Mobile FFReporting
Sarjen extends FFReporting to the field by providing mobile access to critical business information. This mobile read-write access is provided through a handheld PDA or a mobile phone. PDAs (Personal Digital Assistants) such as Palm Pilots, etc. can be deployed as an offline device to enable your field force to synchronize periodically with the web application and either upload inputs from the PDA or download information, plans, initiatives and analyses from the web application. The PDA can then be carried around with them on their rounds enabling them to instantaneously access information and input their reports and feedback.
