We are a WHO GMP API manufacturing unit . We have 2 USDMFS which we need to file using XML format. Due to lesser requirements we need not feel to invest in buying the software for XML . Sarjen helped us with their software. They come to our office and help us fulfill the USFDA requirements for US DMFS. We are working with them since last five years and are happy with their servces.
When we moved over to our new ERP system, we soon found we had no automated report tools. The ERP Company provided decent tools for importation and exportation of data. Although they did support Crystal report for small report delivery; they almost didn’t provide of any tool for detailed reporting and analysis. This left our ERP manager the struggle to provide detailed report with tools like Excel and Stonefield Query. After a long discussion with our ITS department, we decided to go out and look for software development, hence we found “Sarjen Systems Pvt. Ltd”. They were quite interested in creating our web based reporting tool. This tool is fully customizable and designed to work with existing systems.
More than 5 years later, using the same system, we add more customization each year. Since this platform allowed us to integrate many parts of our workflow, we have designed several reports for both in-house and remote access personnels such as our traveling sales team. Like many companies we ran into many issues developing a platform, both Sarjen and Orbit Industries always found a middle ground and kept moving forward.

I have come to know of Sarjen Systems from my previous company and have had the opportunity to work with them on key projects then, and until now with my current company Zuellig Pharma, on ETMS/Field Force Reporting System.
